Mine to hold

This story made me laugh so hard

OMG, I can’t describe how many times I couldn’t hold  back and laughed so hard that I got a few questioned looks. The story begins with a unhappyending event. But then it only goes from one sweet and funny moment to the next one.

Shelby is a adorable woman, I like that she will not let herself be defeated. I love her witty banters with her sisters and her way and manners with her brother and Ace.

Ace is almost the same position as Shelby and also her best friend. After the disaster that Shelbys wedding turned into he learns a few new things about his best friend.

I cannot say to much without spoiling, you have to read this story. It makes you fell in love with all the characters and feel for them all the way.

Very good and fluidly written, so that I read it in one go.

Sweet and funny

A lovestory a decade in the making. Russ and Willow know each other almost their whole lofe, well, for the summer that is.

As the grow older both crush, just not on the other one. Willow crushed on Russ‘ brother Casey and were hit with realitry, and Russ got hit at Willow’s crush on Casey.

After years of no contact and finding their place in the world of the grown ups, fate brings them together by coincidence.

But will things work out this time, and if, in which form?

Mature Russell and funny Willow are tow very enjoyable characters and got many laughs out of me.

A sweet story that reminds me on my own youth and gives good feelings and brings memorie lane back.

Sweet and funny

When your first love suddenly returns in your life and nothing is like it is or used to be.

Noah and Tabitha’s story is full of witty banters, funny moments and a bunch of really good friends.

Tabitha is young woman who lives for her work and enjoys her friends and life. But her life her life as it seems has also some flaws and edges that Tabithas isn’t aware of or blind to.

Noah isn’t the young boy Tabitha used to know 12 years and a heartbreak ago. A lot has cjhanged and some things are about to be discovered.

You fly through the book and enjoy it from the first page. It makes you laugh, smirk and shake your head. But of course it has a plot that I didn’t see coming. But it was necessary for the story and worked out perfectly.

…and this incredible story goes on.

This is the third book in this series and it is Colton and Quinn’s story. We know both from the previous books and get now a very close look to them.

Quinn is an amazing woman. Smart, skilled and very protective and care towards her brother. All things I like about her. But as always there sure is also a flaw in her demeanour. It show we are human do do what it takes to make the people safe we care for, even it is maybe the wrong way.

Colton is protective about his family too. And now he has to question his people knowing skills outside his family. Additionally to his awesome tech and hacker skills we learn a few things about his other sides too.

When these two are together we have a lot to discover. Their witty banter, their chemistry is palable. When they together everything goes up in flames and actions that were hot and heavy.

Many things happened, questions were answered and in the end there were new questions. Oh boy, what a cliffhanger.

Wonderful start for a  new series

Hockey, friendship, love… in this book we have it all… and not. When one goal splits slowly in two goals. When suppressed feelings don’t want to hold back any longer. And when decisions have to made…. will it be the right one? Head or heart?

Logan and Isla’s story is full with all of it.

I liked Isla. She is very sure that she knows what she wants. But nevertheless even her head sometimes doubts. Never the one in the spotlight she tries to find her way to fit in at the same time.

Logan is sure. He wants to make his into the NHL, play hockey with best friend that’s all. Or it isn’t. He knows what he wants. But nevertheless his heart somestimes doubts his head.

A story about grow up and learn that you can don’t have to sacrifice one dream for another. Somestimes they can coexist. And what a right kind of friendship has to look like.

Really looking forward to the next book. I think there is a really intersting story coming our way.

Favorite Quote: “ I swore I’d never get married again. But that was before I knew marrying the same woman was a possibility. I’d never marry anyone but you, Nicky.“

Just beautiful…

What a beautiful book. OMG. It is, indeed, a very unusual story but that makes it so good. Despite the unexpected twist and turns all is and was worked out perfectly as it should be. It had all, sad aspects, steamy scenes, and love love love…

Jaxon and Nicole have history, a lot. In many ways. It now as it seems things come to an definitely end, everything turns upside down and roll the dice new.

The dynamic and banter between the Calloway siblings are heartwarming and funny. It shows us that no matter what, this family stay together and support each other.

I really liked Nicky, what she did, had gone through and has to… you can only admire her. She did what she had to do for a few reasons, but in the end you will understand her. And after her confessions so much more.

Jaxon, sigh, a man who deserves everything good, and than some more. I suffered with him, cried with him and was happy with him. I swooned over him. And got jealous at some points. Wink.

Perfectly written book with all the care and sensitive that was needed. I will definitely re-read it and wait unpatiently for the next book in this series, because it got me hooked from the first one and only gets better.

Phenomenal start for this Series

I am at a loss of words. I knew I would but I didn’t expect to love sooo much. What an amazing story. So like nothing that you expected.

Whether the story nor the people. Forced to attend BCA, Scarlett, our heroine, is not the happiest girl, not that she were at all. Going to school for a year with those 3 boys who were the least people she wants to see, like ever.

Born and living in a world she dismisses. Her parents her only hold. We will so much discover frrom her story and her thoughts it is a real page turner.

Well Neo, Crew and Jagger… You can’t describe them, you have to know them, exprience them. Cruel, cold and fueled by revenge. They rule Boulder Cove Academy and everyone who is in it. But there will be one of them that grows on you in this book.

I was stunned so many times by the twist and turns that it made my head spinning and change my opinion that I just changed a few pages ago.

And what twists and turns it had. Are friends really friends. Or enemies really enemies. Who to trust. And always take look over your shoulder.

I didn’t know what to expect but I truly wasn’t dissapointed. On the contrary, I want to know how it goes on. Like, well, yesterday….

Unbelieveable good and exicited written book, with incredible characters. Very interesting plots a a lot of open questions …. and possibilities.

Favorite Quote: „Sometimes healing hurts worse than breaking.“

What a beautifully slowly building love story!

Emotional high alert! From hating to friendship, from friendship to the one and only kind of love. Many circumstances and emotions forced Astor and Keagan together. The greatest is grief. The question troughout the book is, can that turn into something real or will it always be a forced feeling.

And the author answered it such a beautiful way. A really, despite everything, sweet and wonderful story. Two characters, both with sad and depressing pasts. Who were by those turned into the people they are today.

Men-disliking, careerorientated and independent Keagan. Working in a men dominated industry. Always one to say what she thinks and sometimes what she feels too.

Astor, who doesn’t show his true self. To anyone. But does so much that counts more than words.

Two opposites who were forced together by a little miracle. We slowly discover each of their stories, get to know them and read as they they do this as well.

I cried a lot, like full on. I also laughed hard sometimes. And well in the end liked when there would have been more pages.

A sensitve on point written lovestory you won’t be able to forget that easy.

Favourite Quote: “I realize what you need, Lola, even if you don’t understand it yourself.“

Perfect ending for the Campus Series

An amazing series comes to an end. And despite being truly sad about it, it has the best ending imaginable.

Asher is a legend. On and off the footballfield. He has a reputation with women and is proud of it. His one and only concern is getting drafted to the NFL.

Lola’s life switches between classes, work and worrying about her mother. Lola had some not so friendly encounters with Asher in the past.

But a few unfortunate circumstances bring them together and closer. And with the time both learn that their opinion of each other wasn’t always right or as it seemed.

I loved the way these two get know each other. Changed their minds and discover things about the other that wasn’t forseeable. It was so careful and sensitive written that you could understand point on point when and why things changed. So there was no way and need to get upset with one of these two.

Yeah, there was one time…, where I doubted the decision that were made, but just short because in the end it worked out pretty perfectly. There were many things that I didn’t see coming and characters that I wanted to shake.

The author had me more than once on the verge of tears. For now, I have to let it sink in that it really happened. The end…
